My first weeks weekly questions:
1) I will be doing more exercises and stretching. This will improve my ability on some of the sports. If i take many push-ups every day i will be able to do the seal thingy with no problem what so ever. If i train on my knee jumping tactics i can come much further. If i start to jog i have more muscles in my leg so that means i can win the leg wrestling. If i stretch in the splits i will be able to kick higher on the high kick. And so on...
I will be able to do all these exercises if i just push myself to do them. I think i might have some advantages because i am doing gymnastics and with the gymnastics experience i will be able to do some stuff which other people haven't really practiced.
I can't really see any challenges in this part, but i think that the most difficult thing will be to jog around in this cold weather.
2) We learn from their sports that you can do so much outside with no equipment. That you can have fun with your friends outside and have a little competition between them.
What we can learn from the Eskimo Olympics is that we can do something else that just do nothing.
Week 2 Weekly questions:
1) I think that the plan worked pretty well. I did all my goals every day. All of it worked perfectly. But since when i was done with jogging or doing some muscle training i never stretched out after i was done. And this led to my muscles being sore when the PE day was. So this was an disadvantage for me.
If i could do this again i would probably stretch out every time when i was done with training or jogging.
2) I think my performance was pretty good because i won 3 of the things so i think it couldn't have gone any better. I did make my goal and that was to win atleast one of these sports. And i did my goal 3 TIMES Yeah!
I think i worked pretty well with the others, i cheered them on and i wasn't really like mean to them when they didn't win anything. I think i was a good sport because I wasn't really like "Oh you're so bad" when they lost at something i usually said "You were really good" And i didn't just say this just to be nice. I said that because they were really good at the olympics.
